Marcy Rachamim Jackson, MA, CPP, CFD is the founder of Resh Institute For Educational Leadership and the lead consultant for OLIVEZ. Mrs. Jackson is a decorated education leader with nearly 30 years of education experience.
She has led innovative education and industry partnerships, programs, and initiatives across workforce development, higher education, secondary education, special education, online learning, business, nonprofit, prison, and faith settings.

Dr. Susan Phillips, Education Consultant & Advocate
With over 20 years of experience in the field of special education, Dr. Susan Phillips is an educator, researcher, and informed advocate. She has fostered professional growth through a variety of avenues: engaging in hands-on practice in the
classroom with elementary, middle, and high school learners; supporting novice and veteran teachers with the alignment of curriculum, instruction, and assessment; and safeguarding IEP compliance. Additionally, she has a solid reputation for her leadership in special education including research and professional development in areas such as evidence-based instruction, positive behavioral strategies, and the analysis and application of data to make effective, informed decisions both in and out of the classroom.
The experience of working with diverse individuals has afforded Dr. Phillips the skills to uphold a strong voice of advocacy by coupling rigorous expectations with individualized approaches to learning. Her doctoral-level work allowed for an in-depth exploration of evidence-based research, aligning special education practices to appropriate learning expectations for students with special needs, particularly those with significant cognitive disabilities.
Dr. Phillips resides in Maryland with her fiancé Joe and their three dogs, Pollyanna, Reba, and Cindy Lou.

Petrina Miller is a dedicated child care provider with over twenty years of experience nurturing and educating children. She holds a Bachelor’s degree in Early Childhood Development, providing a strong foundation in child growth, learning, and emotional well-being. Petrina is committed to creating safe, structured, and engaging environments where children can
thrive. Her approach emphasizes early learning, positive guidance, and social-emotional development. Petrina’s passion for child care reflects her belief that strong early experiences shape lifelong success.

Olivia Arabia, Advocacy Team
Olivia Arabia is an education and therapeutic recreation professional with over 10 years of experience supporting individuals with disabilities in academic and community settings. She is a former special education teacher and holds a degree in Family Science from the University of Maryland. Olivia specializes in supporting individuals with disabilities and diverse populations through inclusive, culturally responsive instruction, case management, and family advocacy. Olivia leads early childhood assessments, inclusive
recreational programming for adults with disabilities, and is passionate about creating supportive, equitable environments where individuals can thrive.

Dawn Roberson, Coaching Team
Dawn Roberson is a results-driven HR Engagement Coach and Business Partner with over 15 years of experience driving organizational effectiveness and employee development. She specializes in strategic HR operations, and compliance leadership.
Dawn partners with individuals to identify growth areas and create targeted plans for sustainable change through dedicated goal accountability. She leverages her skills to coach parents of children with special needs as they navigate a
familiar journey. Dawn is a former kindergarten teacher with BA in Education and MS in Criminal Justice. A wife and mother of three, Dawn is deeply committed to her faith and family.

Ronni Pruitt , Coaching Team
Ronni Pruitt has been a dedicated professional coach since 2018, specializing in Project Management Professional (PMP) training. Ronni empowers individuals to develop the skills and knowledge necessary to advance their careers in project management. Her expertise extends to nonprofit leadership, where she successfully managed a high-risk youth program serving individuals
aged 14 to 20. In this role, Ronni provided mentorship and guidance to promote high school graduation, job retention, and positive life choices, fostering growth, accountability, and long-term success.
In recent years, Ronni has expanded her professional portfolio to include financial services and products, offering clients strategic insights and solutions to achieve financial stability and growth. Her work in this sector reflects a commitment to helping individuals and organizations navigate complex financial landscapes with confidence and clarity.
